  Hired a moving truck worked in auto when it wanted and had to change gears with the + &- which was fine but took a while to get into the correct gears. Customer service was fantastic though

  We hired a 3 tonne truck to move houses tonight, hadn't heard anything from the company - phoned the customer service at 7.30am when they open, they couldn't find anything under my name & couldn't get through to the logan city branch said someone would call me back in 5 minutes from the branch, 9.30am still hadn't heard anything so I called back again that lady also couldn't get the call through to the branch and sent an email for someone to call me back then the call dropped out, 11.30am still hadn't heard from them so I called again and another lady had found my booking but couldn't confirm anything and tried to put me through to the branch and they still weren't answering their phones and would get someone to give me a call then the call dropped out again, 1.30pm still haven't heard anything so I called again and another lady found my booking and confirmed that everything was fine with my booking, couldn't transfer my call as still no one was answering from the Logan city branch but it was all good to go and for me to be at the branch for my 5pm pickup, 4.40pm called the customer service line again to be put through to the logan city branch but no one was answering so the lady said she could pass on a message for me so I asked for her to let the branch know I was not too far away and would be there at 5minutes to 5pm. Got to thrift logan city branch at 4.59 to pick up our truck and the gates were locked and no one was at the office, called the customer service line again and the lady said that she was try calling the office to check if anyone was there and the phone call dropped out, called the customer service line for the 7th time and the girl had said that there was unfortunately nothing she could do (understandable) because no one was at that office and she was offsite.

  The worst company I have ever tried to use, and so unprofessional. Such a let down during such a stressful period of trying to move house & this company made it far far worse.

  Will never ever use thrifty or recommend them to anyone. Absolutely no communication from the Logan City Branch, did not answer their phones at all today (tried 7 times) & then left early so I couldn't pick up our truck to move house.

  Went there once at time given, vehicle wasn't ready. Asked us to wait 30 min. Went elsewhere
